The Kráter {Crater} Workshop Association wishes to serve all the Hungarians and the universality of culture. Its series which facilitate intellectual orientation are popular: the „Teleszkóp” (Telescope), which presents the Hungarian essayists, the „Fekete-piros füzetek” (Black-Rred Booklets), which provides a forum for beginners and experimental prose writers and poets, the „Belso tárlat” (Inner Exhibition), which shows the creative artists through their own confessions and pictures. Separate series present the Southern Latin, Portuguese, Bulgarian, and Russian writers -- in most of the cases books of authors who are first published in Hungarian. The publishing house, at the tenth anniversary of the existence, started its series entitled Crater Classics intended to discover the hidden treasures of the Hungarian and world literature. Its periodical, the elegant POLISZ, presents the writers, the literary historians, artists, as well as the Hungarian and world culture.
